New to Smokewood Shack, plum is a harder wood species to source and not one you often see available. We were pleased to secure some, as it gives a lovely light fruitwood smoke with a gentle sweetness and slightly deeper flavour than apple.

Ideal for pork, chicken, fish and vegetables, it’s a great choice if you want to try something a little different on the BBQ.
