Jamaican Jerk Style BBQ Rub (100g Rub Shaker)

Caribbean inspired BBQ rub, ideal for chicken, pork,, lamb and rice dishes.

Create traditional style Jerk chicken with thighs, legs, spatchcock or rotisserie.

Mix with a little oil or yoghurt for a chicken skewer marinade.

Add into Jamaican style stews such as curried lamb.

Great on low and slow pork butt/shoulder or roast gammon

Use it for air fryer Jerk chicken

Ingredients; Salt, sugar, chilli crush, all spice, garlic, ginger, thyme, cayenne, cinnamon, oregano, coriander, pepper, nutmeg, onion powder, habanero, bay, clove.
