Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day, excluding Bank Holidays, for next business day delivery orders need to be placed before 1pm.

Parcels over 2 Kg's are dispatched on a next day service* (Mainland UK excluding Highlands & Islands) *excluding Saturday deliveries.
For smaller Parcels that weigh under 2 Kg's and have a shipping fee of £5.50 we send them via Royal Mail on their 48 hr service, however if you prefer your smaller parcel to be delivered on a next day delivery service via Parcelforce please select the Shipping Upgrade. Please note that this service is only available to Mainland UK excluding The Highlands of Scotland and Islands. Parcels shipped to the Highlands of Scotland & Northern Ireland we use alternative couriers to keep the shipping costs down.
