These Silver BirchLogs are ideal for offset smokers, pizza ovens and fire pits. They have a thinner split which will allow the logs to get to cooking temperature quickly.  These Silver Birch logs are approximately 25 cm's long, and the bags vary in weight between 9 and 10 Kgs.
