To help improve our delivery service we appreciate if you could leave a contact phone number, this will allow us to send you a text message informing you when your parcel will be delivered.

 

All our parcels are tracked by the courier company as standard and

   delivered to the address that you have provided on your Paypal account.   Any alternative delivery instructions where the parcel can be left is the responsibility of the customer and not with Smokewood Shack once the parcel has been delivered. 

 

 If you need to change the delivery address please contact us using the confirmation email that you will receive shortly.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 or 3 days (excluding weekends), however at busy times this might take an extra day.

Parcels over 2 Kg's are dispatched on a 24 hour service* (Mainland UK excluding Highlands & Islands)

*excluding Saturday deliveries.

For smaller Parcels that weigh under 2 Kg's and have a shipping fee of £5.50 are sent via Royal Mail on their 48 hr service, however if you prefer your smaller parcel to be delivered on the 24 hour service via Parcelforce please select the Shipping Upgrade.  Please note that this service is only available to Mainland UK excluding The Highlands of Scotland and Islands.  Parcels shipped to the Highlands of Scotland & Northern Ireland we might use alternative couriers. 

Our couriers try their best to deliver within their delivery times, please note that all shipping services are not 100% guaranteed.
